A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the Wymondham area for a motivated individual to join our client's well-established and successful office as a Lettings Negotiator. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the lettings industry, with the  chance to work within a supportive team and dynamic office environment.

The role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be part of a small, close-knit team, working across a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Lettings process. The role offers a varied work week, with opportunities to develop and grow in the industry.

While previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is preferred, our client is also open to individuals new to the industry, especially those with a passion for property and a desire to establish a long-term career in Lettings.

The successful Lettings Negotiator will receive:

  • Basic salary: £24,000 (increasing after successful completion of probation)
  • Potential car allowance (subject to experience)
  • Ongoing training and development to help you grow in the role

Key Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • A basic understanding of the rental process (although full training will be provided)
  • Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is preferred but not essential 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
  • UK driving licence (essential)
  • Strong communication skills

As a Lettings Negotiator, your duties will include:

  • Handling property maintenance issues
  • Negotiating lettings and re-letting properties
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the lettings process
