The Role

As a Lettings Officer, you will be part of a team that is passionate about exceeding client expectations in integrated property management. You will also be required to drive exceptional results for our customers by delivering a seamless viewing and sign up process.

Additionally, within this role, you:

• Will address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly during in-person interactions.
• Will travel to conduct viewings that showcase the product or service and convert interest into sign-ups.
• Will collaborate with colleagues on viewings and ensure a smooth sign-up process for all customers.
• Will actively seek ways to streamline activities and processes to deliver exceptional value to every customer.
• Will analyse the costs associated with our activities and identify opportunities to maximize their value for both the company and the customer. Continuously strive for efficiency to optimize resource allocation.

Our Successful Candidate

We are looking for you to display previous experience within Social Housing and have a detailed understanding of the Public Sector, with prior experience as a Lettings Officer. As a Lettings Officer you:

• Will bring experience in delivering exceptional customer-focused housing services, ensuring satisfaction and a smooth experience
• Will demonstrate excellent time management skills to juggle appointments, inquiries, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Will possess a reliable vehicle and a valid UK driving license for travel to viewings and appointments.
• Will maintain a strong understanding of relevant legislation and housing regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information.
• Will possess excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, able to de-escalate situations and find solutions with empathy and understanding.
