Salary: £23k + profit share (£25k OTE) + company benefits
Location: Tunbridge Wells.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.50am- 17.30pm Saturdays 9am - 18.30pm (alternative Saturdays with a week in lieu)
MUST have full drivers’ licence and own transport to apply!
Do you want to work for a well-established, reputable estate agency that offers a friendly and supportive and friendly working environment? if so, I have an exciting opportunity within my clients successful Lettings department based in their branch Tunbridge wells.
You will already have a genuine passion for the property industry and ideally have some proven background in lettings.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing within incoming phone calls from applicants, landlords and tenants.
- Diary management - booking in appointments.
- Assisting in the organisation of general repairs and maintenance.
- Scheduling and attending periodic inspection visits.
- Administrative support to the property managers.
- Arranging safety certificates to ensure adherence to health & safety and compliance.
- Inventory report assessment.
- Handling deposit claims.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
- Great communication and organisation skills.
- Ideally a property/lettings background with a genuine passion for the industry,
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Confident, personable and a strong team player.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport.
