BJ39: Lettings & Sales Negotiator
Location: South Woodford, London
Salary: £22,000 - 25,000 + Car allowance + Commission (OTE £40,000 - £50,000)
Office Hours: Monday - Saturday (5 out of 6 days per week)

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Lettings & Sales Negotiator on behalf of our client based in South Woodford, London. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, independent practice offering a range of services for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in East London and Essex.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with new & past clients from the company's established database.
  • With the support of a back-office network, book & conduct external rental / sales appraisals & conduct out of office viewings.
  • Weekly/Monthly rental / sales targets.
  • Updating multi-user software database.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent sales, organisational and communication skills.
  • Clear, personable and professional telephone manner.
  • Exceptional time keeping and attendance.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
  • Motivated and Target driven.
  • Past sales environment experience would be preferred but not essential.
  • Basic computer skills: OUTLOOK, WORD and EXCEL.
  • Driving licence & use of a car.
