We are currently looking for a level 2 nursery nurse for a beautiful nursery based in Coventry on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be offered a Monday to Friday.

Our client is seeking someone who has the right attitude working with young children as you will be required to work within the baby room.

  • Be comfortable to lead when required.
  • Good communication skills as you will be speaking with parents and other outside agencies.
  • Have the passion to grown up minds and the right attitude to build strong relationships.
  • Actively supporting the nursery manager in day-to-day safeguarding and child protection.
  • Support the nursery's response to safeguarding concerns, collaborating with external agencies when necessary, and maintaining records.
  • Planning and delivering age-appropriate educational activities.
  • Assist in implementing creative and engaging activities for children that promote learning and enjoyment within the EYFS framework.
  • Support fostering a supportive and positive atmosphere among staff, encouraging collaboration and mutual support.
