Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Assistant

Reed Birmingham are working closely with a nursery that is dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. The team are very passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering a love of learning in every child.

The Nursery is seeking caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Assistants to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities.
  • Support the emotional and social development of children.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A warm, patient, and nurturing approach.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
