Salary: £24,000 - £25,000

Job Description:
As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children. You will work closely with your team to create a positive and engaging atmosphere, ensuring each child's individual needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement a variety of learning activities to promote children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Provide a safe, secure, and caring environment for the children.
- Monitor and record children's progress and development, sharing information with parents/carers and other professionals as necessary.
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured play and activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues.
- Ensure the nursery environment is clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development opportunities.
- Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including safeguarding and health and safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and strong organizational skills.
- Passionate about working with children, patient, caring, and enthusiastic.
- Enhanced DBS check and valid paediatric first aid certificate.
