We are currently seeking a qualified Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team and help us unlock each student's full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Student Support: Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
* Classroom Assistance: Provide in-class support to ensure students with SEN are fully included and can access the curriculum effectively.
* Individualized Attention: Work one-on-one with students, offering tailored support to address their specific needs.
* Resource Development: Create and manage resources to aid the learning of students with SEN.
* Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the educational and emotional needs of students.
* Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on student progress, ensuring that their educational goals are being met.

Qualifications:
* Education: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Experience: Prior experience working with children with SEN in a school setting is preferred.
* Skills:
o Strong understanding of SEN and effective support strategies.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
o Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
