Early Years Practitioner
  • Daily Rate: £85 - £100
  • Location: Rotherham and Doncaster

I am seeking passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioners to support a network of beautiful nurseries in Rotherham and Doncaster. This role is ideal for someone with a Level 3 qualification in early years education and previous nursery experience who is committed to providing high-quality childcare and education.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and educational activities that meet the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards.
  • Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress, ensuring their developmental needs are met.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and develop.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and team members, providing regular updates on children’s progress.
  • Maintain a clean and organised setting that meets health and safety standards.
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in training and development opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
  • Proven nursery experience.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to inclusive practice and equal opportunities.
  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
