We provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students and are looking for a passionate and skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Classroom Support: Assist the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and activities.
• Material Preparation: Aid in the planning and preparation of educational materials.
• Student Assistance: Provide one-on-one support to students who need extra help.
• Learning Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Behavior Management: Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space.
• School Participation: Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Qualification: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience working in a school environment is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relationships: Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
