Level 3 Teaching Assistant

We are currently offering a rewarding role for a Teaching Assistant to support a diverse group of students on behalf of an excellent Specialist Primary School, in Birmingham. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of pupils with special educational needs. The successful candidate will be part of a team dedicated to providing a nurturing and enriching educational experience to students with autism and moderate learning difficulties.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Support and assist pupils with autism and moderate learning difficulties.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to plan and evaluate learning activities.
  • Deliver high-quality educational provision tailored to the needs of each pupil.
  • Contribute to creating a supportive and motivating learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting and assisting pupils with autism.
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent.
  • A passion for working within special education and a commitment to pupil development.
