Level 3 Teaching Assistant
An excellent school situated in Berkhamsted are currently seeking a level 3 teaching assistant to join them from September. The school are looking for a strong, determined and driven individual who will tackle different scenarios in their school.
This is as a permanent level 3 teaching assistant role, working Monday to Friday term time only.
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant your role consist of;
- Support individual pupils and groups, under the direction of the Class Teacher, introducing activities and using a range of strategies to support all pupils in their learning
- Demonstrate excellent curriculum knowledge and set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge the pupils
- Support the wellbeing of pupils, reporting problems to relevant staff as appropriate
- Provide administrative support, such as: displaying work, filing, photocopying, and tidying after lessons or activities.
- Participate in co-curricular school activities including clubs, day and residential trips
- Provide cover for absent colleagues and be willing to teach lessons independently,
