Equitas are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our small, nurturing independent SEMH school. You will play a vital role in supporting students both academically and emotionally, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.

About the Role:

• Supporting students with SEMH needs
• Assisting the class teacher with classroom management
• Building positive relationships to encourage engagement and learning
• Promoting social and emotional development
• Creating a safe and supportive learning environment

About You:

• Level 3 TA qualification
• Experience working with SEMH students or in a similar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, patient, and resilient approach
• Commitment to making a positive impact
