LGV Class 1 Night Driver

LGV1, HGV1, C+E, LGV 1, HGV 1, CLASS 1 DRIVERS WELCOME

Gi Group are currently recruiting for Class 1 Night Trunking Driver for a client based outside of Peterborough on temporary to permanent bases. You will be responsible for driving a Class 1 vehicle to different Distribution Centers in UK, following a planned route whilst maintaining high integrity standards and demonstrating friendly customer service.

Shift times: Wednesday to Sunday or Friday to Tuesday
Start time: will vary between 1900-0000.
Contract Type: Temp to Perm, Full time
Starting: Immediately

Driver requirements:
- No more than 6 points and no DRDD
- We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on their own initiative
- You must hold a valid Class 1 driving licence, a digital tachocard and a valid CPC qualification card
- Upbeat and self-motivated
- Resilience and flexibility
- 1 year work history with 6 months recent experience with the relevant licence (for insurance purposes)

About you:
- Reliable and effective
- Able to work on tight schedule whilst maintaining high safety standards throughout.
- Have a good geographical knowledge of our operating area
