Your new company
You will be joining the existing driver pool at one of the largest waste teams in the Dundee area. Due to an increase in workload combined with seasonal demand, they are looking to add additional LGV Drivers as soon as possible.
Your new role
As a Class 2 HGV Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection, transportation, and disposal of waste materials in the Dundee area. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the service is run smoothly. You will be reporting to the depot for an early start on a Monday-Friday shift pattern.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Valid Class 2 HGV licence.
  • CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
  • Previous experience in waste management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What you'll get in return
You will be paid weekly PAYE with the option for accrued annual leave. Once in post, you will receive regular updates from your Hays consultant with all queries answered.
