LGV/HGV Mechanic

Location: Tameside SK15

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (36hrs per week)

Pay: £30.00ph paid weekly via umbrella - No CIS/LTD

Duties

Based at Tame Street, Stalybridge, you will be an enthusiastic and talented HGV vehicle mechanic with the drive to keep our Transport Fleet on the move.

This is an opportunity to utilise, and further develop your existing skills carrying out routine maintenance, testing, diagnostic and repair work to our large fleet of HGV’s, light vehicles, plant and specialist equipment. You will be joining a team of vehicle/plant fitters and have a manager who is supportive and keen to facilitate your development.

Qualifications

You should be organised, have good written and oral communication skills, be customer focused, hold a current driving licence (LGV Category C desirable) and trained to NVQ Level 3/City &Guilds (or equivalent) in a Heavy Vehicle Maintenance/Repair discipline.
