We’re on the lookout for motivated and enthusiastic people to join as Lifeguards at an outdoor swimming pool in Oxford. Whether you’re already a NPLQ qualified lifeguard or you’re looking to kickstart your career with full training provided, we want to hear from you!
Lifeguard training starts from 8th March with two course dates available - where you will gain a qualification for RLSS National Pool Lifeguard! We’re looking for flexible team members who can cover early, afternoon, late shifts, and weekends. Perfect for anyone looking for some flexible seasonal work with great pay.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Ensuring the safety of all pool users
- Enforcing pool rules and regulations
- Responding to emergencies and providing first aid when necessary
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the pool area
- Providing excellent customer service to all visitors
- Giving excellent customer service and making sure everyone feels welcome!
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to stay calm in any situation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with the public
- A good level of fitness and swimming ability
