Line Leaders Wanted In DUDLEY!

Logistics People are looking for Line Leader to join our team.

Location: Dudley, Integrated Packing Services (IPS)

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 Rotating Shifts Available

Pay rate: £12.64 - £13.34 P/hr 

Position: Line Leader

As a Line Leader for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:

  • Operate packing machinery and production lines.
  • Manage production lines and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets, and in accordance with QA and safety standards
  • Effectively motivate a team of people to meet production targets.
  • Ensure the final product meets client specifications (SPI).
  • Effectively maximize production efficiency to ensure plan is met on an hourly/daily basis.
  • Adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations.
  • Ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.
  • Any other reasonable tasks, as per Shift Manager's request.
  • Experience working on a production line or in a similar role
  • Organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
