Line Leader

HRGO are recruiting a line leader for our long-term client, an established manufacturer in Sandycroft. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the production line activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Job Title: Line Leader

Pay: £13 per hour, paid weekly

Contract Type: Temp to perm

Location: Sandycroft

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production line workers to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets
• Monitor the production process to identify any issues or bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency
• Train and coach team members on best practices, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review
• Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to optimize production processes
• Be involved within production and manufacturing of the product

Requirements

• Proven experience as a line leader within a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate a team
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, H&S
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
