Job Title: Linkline and Alarm Officer ??

Location: Hounslow, London ??

Remuneration: ?? £18.38 per hour, temporary contract

Contract Details:

- Contract Length: 3 months, possibility of extension ?

- Working Pattern: Full Time, 36 hours ?

- Driving Required: Yes ??

Responsibilities:

  • Use Telecare Standards Association Code Of Practise to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals. ?
  • Monitor and respond to alarms from telecare equipment and provide appropriate assistance. ??
  • Liaise with emergency services, care providers, and other relevant agencies as required. ??
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and actions taken. ??
  • Provide a high level of customer service and support to service users and their families. ??
  • Continuously assess and update personal knowledge of telecare technology. ??
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the service. ??

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of telecare systems and equipment. ????
  • Proficient in using Word, Outlook, Excel, and Jontek software. ??
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ????
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations. ??
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle. ??
