We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Liquidity Product Manager.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
You'll help to shape the end-to-end Liquidity product management, collaborating with HINV (Innovation Bank) Product managers and product managers and acting as a reference point for Liquidity contact

PRODUCT STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT:
• Be a key contributor to implementing the Liquidity strategy investment, including documenting business requirements, functional design, overseeing and taking part in testing (UAT and BAT) and following the new product launch framework to roll out new capabilities
• Identify potential product enhancement and development opportunities, tracking front office product requests, define business cases and development requests
• Contribute to the Product strategic agenda by remaining abreast of latest developments within the product domain and ensuring that HINV's Liquidity product offering keeps pace with client demand and competitor offerings
• Review market research and undertake competitor analysis
• Contribute to shaping the UK expansion of Liquidity management, enhancing notice accounts, off-balance sheet sweeps and 3rd party bank sweeps into the UK markets
• Develop and drive specific commercialisation initiatives to target underpenetrated markets and under-utilised functionalities to ensure organic and inorganic growth

PRODUCT MAINTENANCE:
• Ensure timely response to client enquiries, set-up issues, requests for product approvals, pricing, legal and other internal questions
• Liaise with technology, operations and other stakeholders to drive product development and resolve related issues
• Conduct regular training for implementation, operations and client facing teams
• Actively be involved in product and business reviews
• Risk and Regulations
• Interaction with risk, finance, treasury and regulatory colleagues around issues including operational risk, reg reporting and underlying balance sheet considerations
• Contribute to managing the product risk and control framework including Product Approval Programs, stress testing, conduct risk reviews etc

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience of Liquidity products gained through product management, implementations, coverage / origination etc
• “Product Owner” experience within a Cash Management Agile delivery team
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications/presentation skills with a senior presence and ability to operate at all management levels
• Subject Matter Expertise in at least one product area relevant for Liquidity management (liquidity, cash management, investments, etc.)
• Good generalist knowledge and experience across multiple products in cash and liquidity management spanning front-end channels, middle and back-office systems and supporting processes (including New Product Approvals)
• Proven successful track record of new product development and solid understanding of product lifecycle methodology
• Excellent understanding of client treasury practices, solutions and systems and changes impacting that landscape (regulations, macroeconomic etc)
• Experience with interest rates, currencies, funds transfer pricing policies
• Ability to build networks and relationships internally and externally, and experience of working within virtual and matrix reporting environments
• Ability to perform under pressure, prioritize effectively, appreciating and adapting to a fast-moving business environment
• Organized, self-motivated, energetic, persistent and responsible
• Results orientated, strong motivation to learn and own projects through to completion
• A passion for detail and desire to unearth it through data driven analysis, where the candidate will often be the one gathering the data
• Degree educated (or equivalent qualification or experience e.g. ACT or prior experience in Corporate Treasury etc), with a strong numerical or analytical background, intellectual curiosity and ability to think conceptually
• Strong Microsoft Office and project management skills
