Litigation Executive – Legal 500 Firm – Hybrid Working 

About the firm:

A renowned, Legal 500 firm are looking for a Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive (NQ to Grade A or equivalent experience) to join their esteemed Clinical Negligence department. This firm are highly recognised for specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence so is a great opportunity to be surrounded by experienced specialists in this area of law.

What will you be doing?

As the Litigation Executive in the Clinical Negligence department, you will manage a variety of clinical negligence cases from initial consultation through to resolution, including trials. Your main responsibilities will include meeting with clients to gather detailed information, reviewing medical records and evidence, and drafting legal documents. 

What can you bring to the team?

This firm is looking for a newly qualified to Grade A Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive (or equivalent experience) who have had experience handling clinical negligence cases through all stages, including trial. You must also have strong organisational skills, demonstrate attention to detail, and possess a client-focused approach.

What can they offer you?

SALARY – can be expected to range from £30,000 - £65,000+ DOE and market rate
