An opportunity has arisen for Litigation Lawyer with 4 years of experience in a well-established legal firm.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a case, from initial consultation to final resolution.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage a diverse caseload, including:
- Contested probate claims.
- Other commercial and civil litigation such as professional negligence and construction disputes.
- Maintain high standards of customer care and strong billing practices.
What we are looking:
- Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of strong billing.
- Excellent people skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Strong organisational, time management, and IT skills.
