Litigation Legal PA

Highly regarded renowned Litigation law firm is currently going through an exciting time with firm growth and are looking for a Litigation Legal PA to support Senior Counsel and a team of Associates within this busy and innovative practice:

Excellent opportunity to work closely with revered legal team

Main duties for the Litigation Legal PA:

  • Extensive diary management (proactively and accurately monitor/oversee inboxes, calendars, diaries and travel)
  • Marketing and business development duties to aid a growing practice
  • Manage billing, compliance and expenses processes on behalf of the team, to include generating bills and collating WIP reports
  • Work closely and effectively with the wider Executive Assistant team, providing support in cases of holidays and absences
  • Be an effective and professional point of contact, to include managing telephone calls, taking accurate messages and being an ambassador both internally and externally for team and first port of call for clients
  • Demonstrate confidentiality, diplomacy and a thorough understanding of the group and clients who you support

Requirements for the Litigation Legal PA:

  • 2-3 years proven commercial litigation experience working in a Legal PA style role in a legal environment / law firm
  • Advanced knowledge of various MS software programs and team management skills are essential
  • Strong sense of initiative & analytical attitude
