This role is to provide secretarial support to the litigation team. The support will include liaising with clients, typing, file management, telephone cover, diary management, invoicing and general office duties.
My client is looking for someone who has 2 years legal secretarial experience working within either a Litigation or Family team. You will have strong typing skills and also be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel. They are also looking for someone who has experience working with a case management system and digital dictation. You will be able to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and have a excellent telephone manner.
