Title: Litigation Manager  
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000

Join a dynamic legal firm located in the heart of Liverpool. They specialise in civil litigation, with a focus on Housing Disrepair, Personal Injury, and Data Breach claims. The team is dedicated to achieving successful outcomes for their clients while fostering a professional and supportive working environment. 

They are seeking an experienced Litigation Manager with over 5 years of litigation experience to lead and supervise a team of Solicitors/Fee Earners, Trainee Solicitors, and Legal Assistants. The role is pivotal in ensuring the department runs efficiently and effectively, maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Civil Procedure Rules.
- Ability to research, understand, and communicate relevant protocols, case law, and legislative changes.
- Strong litigation and advocacy skills.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience handling fast track and/or multi-track claims.
