We are looking for a Litigation Manager to join our award winning team and UK experts in our industry. Your main responsibility is to manage our team of Litigation Field Consultants and to oversee the day-to-day management of their work and service to our clients.

We are looking for a natural leader who can motivate, inspire and maintain strong working relationships

You must have worked in a similar Litigation role and have knowledge of employment law and advocacy

We offer a good competitive salary and car allowance

Role; remote / field

Responsibility

  • Management of Litigation consultants
  • Manage consultant’s performance
  • Motivate and support
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients and team
  • Oversee hearings and tribunals
  • Manage small tribunal caseloads when necessary and liaise with Counsel
  • Identifying and setting up training when necessary for team members
  • Manage and set up formal meetings re disciplinaries etc
  • Manage team absences / complaints and make sure processes are in place
  • Generate new leads/ business

Qualifications / Skillset

  • Experience in a similar Litigation role
  • Preferably a degree in Law or a related field
  • Proven experience in litigation management and in the professional services industry
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience in Employment Law and Tribunals
  • Leadership experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client focused
  • Enthusiastic
  • It literate

Salary / Benefits
