Our client is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with experience in preparing trial bundles to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in litigation support, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. This role is integral to our client's trial preparation process and requires a detail-oriented professional who is adept at managing complex information and documents.
Day to Day of the Role:- Assist in the preparation and management of trial bundles, ensuring all documents are organised, paginated, and indexed accurately.
- Provide support during all phases of litigation including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities.
- Coordinate with attorneys, witnesses, and external vendors to compile trial materials.
- Maintain and update databases and tracking systems for all case documents.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents as required.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist with the filing of court documents and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
- Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal, specifically with trial bundle preparation.
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and legal terminology.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in the use of legal database software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A paralegal certificate, LPC, or equivalent legal qualification is preferred.
