Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Thame, Oxfordshire
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Salary: Competitive

Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their Litigation team, reporting to the Senior Litigation Manager. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and legal support to the team working on banking and finance dispute resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Open and maintain electronic case files, keeping organised by actioning workflow entries and processing client instructions.
- Prepare legal documents and statements with and without templates.
- Prepare, file, and serve Court bundles.
- Liaise with advocates to provide instructions.
- Develop good client relationships.
- Prepare invoices and ensure all fees are accounted for.
- Support Fee Earners with the day-to-day management of files.
- Perform administrative tasks as required to support Fee Earners.

Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a paralegal is required, preferably in a similar role supporting Litigation Fee Earners.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills are needed.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and work to deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team and embrace teamwork.
