The ideal candidate will have substantial litigation experience and be capable of managing various legal matters with technical skill. A strong eagerness to learn and grow professionally is also essential for this role.

This position is ideal for a law professional with a strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for the field, looking to advance their career in a supportive and vibrant environment.

Candidate Experience:

• In-depth knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules
• Experience handling County Court claims
• Background in debt recovery
• Proficient in liaising with and briefing Counsel
• Experience in high court and tribunal proceedings
• Exposure to general litigation

Qualifications:

• Educated to degree level
• Legal Practice Course (LPC) would be an advantage but not essential
