Litigation Solicitor - Berkshire

Civil Litigation (2+PQE)

A superb opportunity to join a highly reputable firm and run a healthy and varied caseload of litigious matters. You will enjoy a supportive and collaborative team environment whilst enjoying the autonomy to develop a real specialism within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling a diverse range of complex civil litigation cases, including landlord & tenant disputes, debt recovery, insolvency, and contract disputes.
* Independently managing your own caseload, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in case resolution.
* Collaborating and liaising with third parties, such as Courts, Barristers, and Solicitors, to facilitate smooth case proceedings.
* Providing supervision and guidance to junior staff members to ensure the overall success of the team.

Desired qualifications and attributes:

* A qualified UK Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
* Demonstrable strong experience in civil litigation, showcasing expertise in relevant areas.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, displaying self-motivation and initiative.
