Salary: c. (£60,000 - £65,000) + 10% Fixed Bonus + Expenses + Perks + Progression

A leading D&B office fit-out company in London, with a £40mil turnover, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, both on-site and from the office. This role is purely delivery-focused within the operations team, offering significant opportunities for progression into senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting site inductions and managing site expectations.
• Reviewing drawings and scope, and issuing RFIs via Procore.
• Managing team actions from Precon task logs.
• Chairing client meetings and producing meeting minutes.
• Overseeing contractor meetings and creating/updating programmes weekly.
• Issuing weekly photo and contractor reports to client teams.
• Coordinating building control and H&S visits.
• Ensuring project areas are ready for furniture installation.
• Overseeing furniture deliveries and installations.
• Reporting accidents/incidents and managing the snagging process.
