Loading Assistant

Are you ready to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding global manufacturing organization? At Origin, we're on the lookout for a dedicated Loading Assistant who will play a crucial role in ensuring our delivery vehicles are perfectly loaded with the next day's shipments. You'll follow precise guidelines to double-check the quality of all goods and load them in a manner that preserves their condition during transit.

Principle Responsibilities

• Accurate Loading: Load vehicles with the correct orders, ensuring alignment with the provided paperwork.
• Organized Loading: Arrange items in the specified order according to the manifest.
• Picking & Packaging of trim to fulfil customer orders
• Quality Assurance: Conduct double quality checks on all items being loaded.
• Note and report any damage observed during the loading process.
• Double Check all Loads for any inconsistency against delivery Paperwork
• Investigate any missing items from load and double check original locations
• Strap and protect each item adequately for its journey
• Order Completeness: Ensure all orders are complete and customers receive their deliveries On Time In Full.
• Participate fully in any training identified and organised
• Ensure all vehicles are loaded in a safe manner and that the product loaded is protected from damage while in Transit
• Blue Foaming customers orders when required
