Are you an experienced Loan Advisor looking to join a market-leading financial organisation? Our client, located in the heart of Altrincham, is expanding their sales team due to business growth.

You'll enjoy a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 (D.O.E) with uncapped commission, leading to an OTE of up to £45,000. The role offers office hours from Monday to Friday, so no weekends or late nights. Plus, you'll benefit from a starting holiday allowance of 20 days, rising to 25 with service, plus 8 Bank Holidays and your birthday off every year.

Our client is an award-winning organisation that provides Business Loans from £50,000 to £75,000. They are known for their supportive work environment and are keen to bring on board money-motivated sales staff to fuel their expansion.

As a Loan Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating business opportunities from self-generated and company-generated leads
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to increase revenue
  • Driving new business development with existing and new prospect accounts
  • Providing excellent customer service through effective account management
  • Achieving sales quotas in relation to revenue targets by maintaining high call volumes
  • Managing your sales pipeline efficiently
  • Building relationships with new and existing accounts
Package and Benefits:
The Loan Advisor role comes with an attractive package, including:
  • Annual salary of £25,000 - £28,000 (D.O.E)
  • Uncapped commission with OTE up to £45,000 - £50,000 (top earners achieving £4k a month in bonuses)

The ideal Loan Advisor will have:
  • Experience in an outbound sales role as a Sales Executive, Lead Generator, Sales Advisor, Loan Executive or similar
  • Sales experience within Financial Services or Insurance
  • A minimum of 12 months sales experience
