Loan Servicing Specialist

A great opportunity is available to join the Loan Servicing team of a highly successful property finance lender. Reporting to the Operations Director, as a Loan Servicing Specialist, you will join as a key member of the mortgage loan servicing team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the highest level of customer service to our borrowers (professional Buy to Let Landlords/Bridging Borrowers) across both:
• Primary loan servicing (post-completion) administration to include Retentions, Redemptions, Payments & Reconcilliations, Deeds, Further Advances, Funds release preparation, Post-Contract variations if appropriate, Letter & Statement production.
• Special Servicing, encompassing Arrears, Collections & Forbearance, LPA receivership, Court Litigation & associated actions, in line with the company’s arrears & repossession policy.
• Ensure all stages are processed to agreed SLA’s.

Experience required:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience across both primary & special servicing roles.
• Ideally have working experience of the Phoebus Loan Mortgaging Servicing system.
• Experience of undertaking Primary & Special servicing across the full life cycle of loan servicing gained within a Buy to Let & Bridging Lender or a multi-product Mortgage Servicing Business.
• Detailed understanding of Buy to Let & Bridging Products.
• Experience of liaising with borrowers via telephone (Inbound & Outbound), email & in writing
• Excellent levels of numeracy & literacy.
• Confident, with strong interpersonal skills.

Salary:

Up to £45k+ depending on experience, discretionary bonus, pension scheme, private healthcare scheme + other benefits
