Our client a prestigious international bank is seeking a skilled professional for a contract role combining full loans administration and Master Risk Participation Agreements processing, along with process design and training team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Corporate and Private Banking loans processing.
  • Manage bilateral and syndicated loans (drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, interest/fee payments).
  • Review and process loan documentation, payments, processing of new loans and re-sets.
  • Monitor drawdown instructions and ensure conditions precedents.
  • Prepare execution instructions for the Loans Processing Team.
  • Ensure verification controls and handle external party interactions
  • Establish Master Risk Participation Agreements management processes and control frameworks.
  • Support the rollout of new finance systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Master Risk Participation Agreements products.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) and identify process improvements.
  • Train and transition activities to the offshore team.
  • Maintain records of loan documents and customer accounts.
  • Coordinate loan risk participations and secondary market transactions.
  • Ensure Shariah compliance for Islamic loans.
  • Maintain high-level communication with stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5-10 years in loan administration or middle office operations.
  • Experience in loans documentation review.
  • Islamic financing experience (Murabaha, Ijara, etc.) is a plus but not required.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong communication skills.
