LOCUM Band 8b Pharmacy Manager - Medication Safety & Governance - Milton Keynes

Hunter Gatherer AHP have a locum Band 8b Pharmacist position with a district general hospital in Milton Keynes. The post holder will become an integral cog within the senior leadership pharmacy team and use management skills to lead on medication safety and governance for the department. You will also support the team across homecare, quality control and high cost drugs. Other duties include deputising for the Associate Director of Pharmacy when they are off as well as maintaining key clinical skills with patient care, with an onus on medicines safety. 

This is a 3-6 month contract initially given service requirements. 

PLEASE NOTE: Suitable candidates need to have extensive experience at Band 8a level as this is a 'pharmacy manager' post. There is no remote working so candidates must be available for onsite work.
