Birchrose Associates are pleased to be partnering with a successful law firm in Midlands, seeking a Locum Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to start ASAP for 3 months +.

The Opportunity

Our client is a well-regarded, full-service law firm, and they are recruiting for a Locum Family Solicitor or Legal Executive. The locum is required to assist whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis, likely to take 3 months +.

The ideal locum will be based in the office in the Midlands, with candidates seeking full time or part time hours will be considered, with a minimum of 3 days per week required.

Responsibilities

The Locum Family Solicitor or Legal Executive will assume responsibility for a varied private family caseload, often working on behalf of HNW clients. Matters to include:

  • Divorce / Dissolution cases
  • Financial matters
  • Private Childrens matters

You will have secretarial support within this role.

Requirements

  • Experience handling busy family caseloads
  • Previous experience having worked with HNW clients
  • Ability to hit the ground running self-sufficiently whilst working as part of a busy team
