We have an excellent opportunity for a Locum Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist within a friendly, high-street firm in Hampshire, starting ASAP for 3 months +.

The Opportunity


We are partnering with a friendly, long-established, high-street firm to source a Locum Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to start ASAP for 3 months + covering sickness leave.

The ideal locum will be looking to assist 4 or 5 days per week, however candidates seeking a different working pattern are welcome to apply. This is an office-based role.

Responsibilities

The successful Locum will manage a busy caseload consisting of residential property matters. They will benefit from dedicated secretarial support. Duties to include:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfer of equity
  • Right to buy

Requirements

  • At least 6 years' experience as a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Experience handling busy caseloads of residential property matters
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
