As a Logistics Administrator you will be:
- Producing shipping documentation - worldwide
- Data Entry
- Liaising with freight forwarders
- Obtaining quotes, sea, air, road, courier
- DHL/Fedex Booking couriers & documentation
- Setting up new projects on Microsoft teams
- Uploading documents onto Microsoft Teams
- Forecasts on supply projects
- Resolving any queries with deliveries/invoicing
- Assisting accounts with any payment issues re deliveries PODs etc
- Shipping schedules - worldwide - working with Factories both China and Europe to ensure production running smoothly
- Supply project management - from raising delivery notes to invoicing
- Inventory Management various stock locations including Mexico and reports
- Stock reconciliation monthly
- GRN stock into transit and warehouse /client
- Monitoring shipments worldwide
- Maintaining and updating schedules with shipment details
The successful candidate should have the following skills
- Microsoft Excel skills are essential
- Keen attention to detail is essential
- Microsoft Teams skills are beneficial
- An excellent communicator
- Previous experience within logistics is preferred, but not necessarily essential
- Ability to multitask and forward plan
- Be able to demonstrate a professional manner at all times
- Team player
