The primary function of this role is to appropriately manage the Depot Network to ensure sufficent pallet availability for One Way Trip customers based in the UK and Ireland.

Communication is a key element, and you will need to be able to build good working relationships with our depot operators and our suppliers.

Another key requirement of the role is to accurately analyse data and make quick decisions based upon your findings.

About you...

  • Ideally you will have a years’ experience within a fast paced service or logistics environment, and an understanding of pallet pooling.
  • You will have a positive, professional and proactive approach to communication and your work.
  • You will demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business, in addition to external organisations.
  • You will possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to maintain a calm approach during periods of high volume.
  • You will be willing to learn and develop your skills to ensure you are able to promote an environment of continuous improvement.
  • You pride yourself on working with a high degree of attention to detail and combine this with a drive to achieve excellence.
  • You have a demonstrable record of accurate data management, using logical and numerical reasoning in order to deliver required targets.
  • You will have a desire to be a part of our success, and to contribute to the future of the business.
