Logistics Apprentice

Our wonderful client are looking for a Logistics Apprentice to join their team. This role would be responsible for assisting with the processing of customer orders to provide a fantastic service to the customer base . If you have great communication skills and enjoy providing great customer service, then this role could be for you. This will include a paid for apprenticeship alongside studying and a competitive salary.

The role of Logistics Apprentice involves:
Processing and dispatching of customer orders
Supporting with Warehouse Operations key performance data
Complying with the requirements of all Health & Safety legislation
Assisting with the customer needs via email and phone
Process and maintain documentation
Monitoring compliance and policies
Any additional support to the needs of the team to ensure a smooth running of the department

The ideal Logistics Apprentice will have:
Excellent communication skills
Work effectively under pressure and willing to learn new skills
Great attention to detail and teamwork
