Logistics Coordinator
- Part time - 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday
- £30,000 - £32,000 pro rata

You will be responsible for the following:
- Export goods globally, handling customs invoices, packing lists, crate labels, and logistics partners.
- Manage global customer returns, including customs clearance and returns paperwork.
- Issue sales order invoices post-shipment.
- Reconcile freight invoices, import/export taxes, and VAT with the Accounts Department.
- Maintain logistics databases and procure packaging materials.
- Provide ad-hoc supply chain support and communicate effectively with team members.
The Candidate: Logistics Coordinator
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of SAGE or similar ERP systems is a plus.
