Your New Role
As the Logistics Lead, you will be responsible for the management of a team of Logistics Specialists and conduct staff assessments with KPI setting and feedback. You will be responsible for ensuring loading plans and processes are up-to-date and that all checks are completed by the team accurately and efficiently. You are the key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders and will be involved in relevant meetings with management and the maintenance of these relationships. Carrying out routine stock takes and checking shipments will be a part of your role too. You will be responsible for reviewing any feedback from clients, reviewing discrepancies and then implementing any necessary solutions. Accurate records are imperative for this role. You will be involved in financial aspects, such as auditing and analysis of team tasks and invoicing of special events and charters. You are to be on site 5 days a week in their London City office.

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you need to be able to speak French fluently (first processes will be carried out in French). You will need an advanced ability in number analysis, data and problem-solving skills. You will need experience in team development and leadership skills throughout logistical operations. You will also need to be advanced in computer skills revolving around Office 365. Experience in the tasks stated above will also be favourable.
