They have multiple sites throughout Europe, and are now looking to break through to the UK market and expand their team to meet their consistent aim of achieving excellence for their customers..

Your New Role

As the Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for upkeeping strong communications with Operations Managers and other members of staff within international branches, to ensure company protocol is adhered to. You will be supportive of managers in planning, development and the coordination of operational activities. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for keeping operations in line with national and international legal compliance. Additionally, day - to - day operational activities.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, the Operations Specialist will have excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills in English and either French or Italian. You will be expected to have advanced proficiency within Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 5 years of experience within the Transportation and Logistics industry and Operations would be preferred.

What You Get in Return

You will be entitled to a salary of up to £45,000 p/a, annual leave allowance, pension contribution and influence a growing region for this business.
