The Opportunity

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for logistics and operational excellence? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? WALKERS - The Original Pie Co. - is looking for a driven and dynamic Logistics Supervisor to take the wheel of our day-to-day logistics operations and lead our team to even greater efficiency. • Lead and manage the Logistics Team across Intake, Dry Goods, Warehouse, and Despatch
• Maintain Health & Safety standards and lead on equipment checks and FLT training
• Own logistics planning - from labour and equipment to shunt schedules and yard management
• Ensure effective communication with internal departments and external partners
• Investigate accidents and champion continuous improvement
• Drive cost-efficiency while exceeding internal and external customer expectations

The Ideal Candidate

• A proven leader with experience supervising logistics or warehouse operations
• A strong communicator who’s proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-driven
• Familiarity with risk assessments, SOPs, and MHE/FLT training
• Ability to deliver in a high-pressure environment while keeping morale high
• Experience working with food safety standards is a major plus
