We are looking for experienced Loss Adjuster, with experience of Professional Indemnity,  Construction or Cyber claims. This is a remote position, with occasional travel,  with an excellent career pathway and access to external qualifications - all of which are incentivised financially and professionally.      
The client is an award-winning insurance company with a significant stake in the UK claims market. They are well-known for their innovative approach to claims management, using the latest technology and equipment to process claims fairly and efficiently for their clients. Having appointed a new leader for their academy, they are now operating a best-in-class approach to identify, train and develop the next generation of Loss Adjusters, including both onwards progression and fully-funded external qualifications.     
 
Experience dependant, the Loss Adjuster role will pay up to £75,000 per annum, excellent bonus structure, 25 days paid annual leave, private medical insurance, life assurance, employee wellbeing and flexible benefits such as additional annual leave, dental or optical schemes.     
 
Loss Adjuster - Role & Responsibilities  
  • End-to-end management of Professional Indemnity, Cyber, D&O, FL or Construction Claims
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to bring claims through to conclusion
  • Liaise with clients, working towards SLAs to ensure efficient claims process
  • Deal with any obstacles that come in the way of claims progression
   Loss Adjuster - Skills & Requirements  
  • Experienced Loss Adjuster  
  • Good working knowledge of the insurance market
  • Ability to plan and prioritise to fulfil client SLAs and internal targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tech savvy
