Your Role
EF Isle of Wight is searching for an energetic and organised individual to join our team as Lounge Manager this summer. This is the perfect opportunity to develop your managerial skills whilst gaining experience within an international company. This role is available for up to 9 weeks throughout June, July & August.
The Lounge is the social hub for our summer students right in the heart of the city. Whether it’s dropping by to hang out and catch up with friends, or attending an organised event, it’s a safe, relaxed and enjoyable place for students to unwind.
After a summer as an EF Lounge Manager, you will have taken your management skills to the next level. Your communication skills will have been maximised by working with different cultures and backgrounds to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery of every activity. You will have used your initiative and creativity to enhance the student experience every step of the way, building upon the resources provided by EF to deliver a world-class product.
