Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable students? We’re seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team at an Alternative Provision school in Harlow. Here are the details:

• Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
• Start Date: September
• Contract Type: Permanent, part-time
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm (term time only)
• Salary: (Annual salary £14,018 - 23,087 per annum) depending on experience and the person
• Location: Harlow
• Responsibilities:
  • Support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
  • Collaborate with an experienced team
  • Nurture children displaying SEMH needs
  • Demonstrate an innovative approach to education
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience supporting children with SEND
  • Ability to engage well with pupils
  • Work under your own initiative
  • Smartly presented with excellent time management skills
