M&A Analyst - TMT

An Elite Boutique Investment Bank with a reputable name in the US and Europe are looking for an enthusiastic M&A Analyst to join their continuing growing team

The role, focused in the TMT team of the Bank gives you an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced, growing team on some thrilling projects with prestigious clients where you can learn and develop your skillset and on top of that a competitive salary and great bonus structure!

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of on-going deals within the group
• Supporting senior bankers delivering strategic advice to clients
• Preparation of pitch book and discussion materials
• Data analysis
• Modelling (merger models, LBO, etc.)

Candidates should have/be:

• Strong Academics - A degree 2:1 or higher from a top university
• A passion for and interest in the TMT space
• An effective communicator
• Eligible to work in the UK
